Shipping & Delivery Policy
mularajsinh.com sells digital products only. This policy explains how and when you receive what you buy.
1. No physical shipping
All eBooks, trading journals and video courses are delivered online. Nothing is shipped to your address, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
2. How delivery works
- After a successful Razorpay payment the access link to your files is sent to the email you gave at checkout.
- Files open in Google Drive and can be read on mobile, tablet or desktop.
3. Delivery time
Access is usually instant. If you did not get the email, we send it within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday) once you share your payment ID.
4. Delivery area
Products are sold to customers in India and paid for in Indian Rupees (INR). Because delivery is online, you can access your files from anywhere.
5. Access problems
If your payment succeeded but you cannot open the files, message us on WhatsApp with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with "pay_"). If we cannot restore access, you can ask for a refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
