These terms apply to mularajsinh.com and to the digital products sold on it by Mularajsinh Ravalji ("we", "us"). By using this website or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
We sell digital educational products about the stock market: eBooks, trading journals, video courses and related learning resources. All products are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped.
2. Educational purpose only
All content is for education and information only. It is not investment advice, a stock recommendation or a research report. We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst.
Trading and investing involve risk, including the loss of capital. We do not promise any profit, income or return. Please do your own research and consult a SEBI-registered professional before making investment decisions.
3. Payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are paid in advance through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay processes them under its own terms.
4. Delivery and access
After a successful payment the access link for your files is sent to the email you gave at checkout. If you do not receive access, contact us with your payment reference and we will help. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
5. Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us with your payment reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. The full process is in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Licence and fair use
- Products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Do not copy, resell, upload or share the files, videos or other materials.
- Be respectful in WhatsApp groups and community spaces. We are not responsible for content shared by other members.
7. Advertising and analytics
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and may use Google services. Data collected through cookies and pixels is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
